Myofascial Release and Integrated Therapies
Jenny has done AMAZING work on me. She has a very gentle touch, and yet gets sooooooo deep. She has worked knots and kinks and gunk out of my body. I always leave her table feeling looser, taller, more relaxed, and just overall happier. Love her, and love her work. Call her now – you'll be grateful you did.

Jenny's warm heart and hands healed my tired body so well that I actually fell asleep, something I NEVER do!
I have a physical job, I like to play physically AND I'm the type of person that holds stress in my muscles. So, I'm looking for therapeutic massage, rather than a fluffy spa experience. Her Myofascial release therapy does just that, with firm, non- painful pressure. Give it a try and thank me later!
— Gloria R.
So being that I've only had regular massages and chiropractic care. I didn't really understand what myofascial release therapy was about. So I went to my first session with and open mind. It was not a regular massage. I experienced something much more powerful. I felt a lot of energy release out of parts of my body that I had no idea I had been holding onto. I also at times had very pleasant visions of all the things I wanted for my future. And sometimes I felt like I was floating. It was the coolest experience. I cannot wait til my next session! Way better than just a massage! Jenny really puts love into her work and I really felt cared for. Not too mention light and euphoric for the rest of my day. If you want a good natural high go see Jenny! She's the best!

Jenny is such a warm and caring practitioner and I feel really comfortable in her care. Myofascial release is not like a regular massage, it is more like a trigger point. With steady pressure, Jenny applies her touch to places where my muscles were tense or tight, and holds until the muscle (actually it must be the fascia) loosens and relaxes. It was very effective for aches and pains in the body. I think this is a great addition to either acupuncture and regular massage to keep your body in a healthy state. Of course, eating nutritionally and exercise are also a must. Basically I am saying this is a different way of treating your body, so go into it with an open mind, and see how good you feel afterwards. I have had pain which lasted for days go away after a session, and some required more than one. But it is very relaxing and Jenny really cares about her clients. Give her a call especially if you other methods have not worked for you!
— Portia S.
Jenny, I am so grateful for your treatments! I love the lasting results – I've been free of neck pain for these 3 weeks that I've been away. I can't wait to get back to you and your fantastic technique to focus on some of my other achy areas.
— Nihal K.
Thank you so much for an amazing session, Jenny. I already feel more range of motion and less pain. I can't wait for the next session!

I had no idea what to expect with Myofacial Release. My experience with Jenny was nothing short of awesome. She was calm, collected and her persona was warm and healing. My body felt renewed and refreshed, and my back and foot problems were eased on my first visit.
There was definitely some energy release that I had needed for a long time! I would highly recommend you schedule an appointment ASAP even if you don't suffer from aches and pains.

I found Jenny quite by accident, but am so thankful that I did.
After decades of chronic, severe, back pain, I am close to being pain free, thanks to Jenny. She is bringing a restoration that surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, etc. could not. From my very first session it felt like this type of therapy was going to be profoundly effective. As time went by I became aware of what an incredibly gifted healer Jenny is. She has an intuitive touch that is rare; she gets right to problem areas deep within my structure without any clues from me. I am grateful beyond words for the help she has given me.

I’ve gotten Myofascial work from Jenny and taken her Myofascial release classes. It was so helpful to learn where to put pressure and how to move the balls to release tension in my hips and low back. She’s very experienced and made it easy to follow along. My husband said he felt like he’d had a deep tissue massage after taking one of her classes!
I absolutely agree and recommend her classes for anyone with pain, tightness, poor posture or who wants to improve their flexibility.

Since the Shelter In Place, when I stopped teaching in person the amount of time sitting at the computer, made it much worse. I’ve been spending hours each day sitting at the computer, and my hips have been blocked.
I was constantly in pain, but the pain was extreme while I was sitting or standing.
Just standing up was extraordinarily painful - I had to stop and hold myself so I didn’t fall over.
Walking was extremely painful too - I had a 30% loss of motion.
I’d never worked with Jenny before, but my daughter, an acupuncturist suggested it.
I did not have the right equipment for Jenny’s class, although I did have some, much smaller balls.
I was unable to do some of what she asked - I have a large belly and it felt like I wasn’t doing it “right.”
The position we were in on the floor aggravates my back, so that alone was really hard.
I was not feeling good about myself by the end of it - which is usual for me in movement classes.
But once I walked around a bit to relax my back from being on my stomach - I realized my hips were not troubling me.
And still, three days later, that pain I’d been experiencing in the extreme is NO LONGER there!
I’m feeling more movement in that area. There’s no internal pain, and I’m even a little bit more limber.
There is a noticeable difference and more range of motion.
Even though I didn’t feel successful at first, now I am very pleasantly surprised!
